Be Strong ^_^

It is not an easy task to be a leader. But when the opportunity is in front of us, we should take it proudly and bear the responsibility with sincerely and full commitment. We can't satisfy everyone of us in a community, but at least we should create a win-win situation. So, every and each of us share a balance benefits. In order to become strong, we have to endure every test and obstacle we receive.

Everybody wants HAPPINESS, Nobody wants PAIN..
But we can't have a RANBOW, WITHOUT a little RAIN.. =)
